THE CHASSIS
- Our unique design for the pedal box allows for
adjustment of pedal angle, height and spacing. - The steering wheel distance, height and angle are
all tuneable to achieve the perfect driving position - The seat size is extra large to accomodate all and allow
sufficient room for a race car seat for a fully custom fit - The seating position is changable between GT,
LMP and Single Seater - Child seat inserts available as an option
THE ERTKICKER SIMULATION KIT DELIVERS STUNNING REALISM, IMMERSION AND IMPACT.
THE CHASSIS ert kicker
- The ERTKicker Simulation Kit uses existing audio signal
to create the dynamic and musically accurate tactile
feedback that brings simulations to life. - Feel engine throttle, brakes, crashes – Just like being in a
race car! - The amplifier is mounted in the base of the unit. The SIM
HUB control for the system allows the user to customise
the settings.
THE CHASSIS - pedal setup
brake
The brake features a realistic dual stage brake system with a 200kg load cell, capable of handling actual pedal forces up to 140kg
(measured at the pedal footplate). The adjustable coil spring simulates the initial pad-to-disc gap. The main brake springs are all new custom made Heusinkveld injection molded thermoset elastomers. You can choose from a total of 9 possible resistance settings, allowing you set set the pedal from very soft to extremely stiff. The brake features a 2-way hydraulic damper. This damping resists speed at the ingoing and outgoing stroke just as experienced in actual brake assemblies.
throttle
Smooth, accurate and greatly adjustable, the throttle pedal gives you excellent control with exactly the travel, spring preload and resistance you prefer. The throttle features a 1-way hydraulic damper which resists speed at the ingoing stroke. This helps with smoothing the throttle application and is also used on many real cars for this purpose. The amount of damping can be adjusted. A load cell provides a true linear input measurement of the pedal position. Custom non-linear output curves can freely be configured using Heusinkveld SmartControl
software.
clutch
A clutch feels lighter towards the end of travel. The Sim Pedals Ultimate+ clutch features a regressive spring mechanism simulating this concave force curve and also allows you to greatly adjust the pedal resistance, travel and feel. The clutch features a 2-way hydraulic.

THE SEAT
ERT SF1 SEAT
- The newly developed Sim racing seat caters towards the formula
seating position as well as a comfortable laid-back GT racing
position.
- With the 2 fixation points on the side, it is possible to have the
seat reclined for a complete immersive Formula seating
position, but when mounting it more upright a comfortable GT
racing position can be achieved.
DRIVER CONTROLS OVERVIEW
- The pedals are individually billet machined with a hydraulic brake pedal
- There is a range of bump rubbers and pre-load screws to fine tune the brake
system pressure and feel
- Optionaly there are both sequential and H pattern shifter options for the
ultimate drive, and training sessions
- Each SIM has a remote E-stop for driver training
- Includes a PC remote start key fob and a ERTkicker system control.
